About Me

I received a Masters of Acupuncture at Maryland University of Intergrated Health (MUIH) formly known as TAI Sophia in 2003.  Located in Laurel, Maryland it is the oldest and first institution in the U.S. to have a master’s degree program in acupuncture.  I am also a certified Acupuncture Detoxification Specialist and support people in feeling better about themselves by offering facial rejuvenation acupuncture.

I worked as a chiropractic assistant for several years before attending acupuncture school yet I was continually drawn to the acupuncturist who worked in the office.  It was after becoming a patient of his that I knew I wanted to make acupuncture my chosen career path. I love being in the treatment room and feel very fortunate that my career choice has led me to help people with this ancient form of healing.
